08 Booking Questions
The practical questions couples ask before booking. Anything specific to your day, just ask.
A signed agreement and a retainer reserve your date. The retainer amount is shown in your proposal and applies to your total.
The retainer is due at booking, with the balance split into payments leading up to the wedding. Exact dates are set in your agreement.
Yes. Travel within the Front Range is generally included; mountain towns and destinations beyond may involve a travel fee. We confirm this for your specific venue.
Starting collections are built around full-day coverage, and additional hours can be added. The exact hours are set per collection.
Small and owner-led. When you book both photography and film, dedicated people cover each medium. Exact team size depends on your collection and day.
Yes. Collections are a starting point. We adjust hours, add coverage, and fold in enhancements so the collection fits your specific day.
A preview comes within a couple of weeks; full galleries and finished films follow after a careful edit. Exact timelines are confirmed in your collection.
Footage and images are backed up in multiple places from the wedding day through delivery, so your memories are never resting on a single card or drive.
Yes. Optional 35mm adds a film layer to the photography, and Super 8 adds genuine film to the wedding film.
